“And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him.” (1 John 4:16)

“What does love look like? Augustine pictured love this way: ‘It has hands to help others. It has feet to hasten to the poor and needy. It has eyes to see misery and want. It has ears to hear the sighs of men.’ In a word: Love looks like Jesus! Love talked about is easily turned aside. Love demonstrated is irresistible. “How wonderful it is, how pleasant, when brothers live together in harmony! For harmony is as precious as the fragrant anointing oil that was poured over Aaron’s head, that ran down his beard and unto the border of his robe. Harmony is as refreshing as the dew from Mount Hermon that falls on the mountain of Zion. And the Lord pronounces His blessings, even life forevermore.” (Ps. 133 NLT)

Every Wednesday evening, we meet with our spiritual family in the Bushy Vales Home Cell group. We are grateful for this group and we normally share a meal before partaking of God’s Word. These folk have been such an encouragement to us and we thank the Lord for this weekly family time. God has been so good to us in providing an extended family who cares for, and loves us. YOU being a prayer warrior and financial supporter is crucial to our ‘survival’ in this ministry. We give thanks to the Lord for you – for being obedient to the Lord! Thank you for serving the Lord by serving us!

We requesting that this will be your prayer for us:

“Pray also for me (us), that whenever I (we) speak, words may be given so that I (we) will fearlessly make spel…. Pray that I (we) may declare it fearlessly, as I (we) should.” (Ephesians 6:19 – 20)

3. Trust a specific promise (2 Chronicles 20:20).
4. Act (Philippians 2:12–13).
5. Thank God for his provision and goodness (Psalm 106:1).
