Situated 15min from Margate and 15min from Port Edward is Silver Oaks Retreat and Conference Centre. The facilities comprise:
- Rustic Dormitories sleeping 2 x 24 people with shared ablutions
- Log cabin sleeping 6 persons (2 x 3 people) with shared ablutions
- 6 x 2 Bed Cabins
- Shared kitchen for cabins that serve 12 people
- A fully furnished self-catering guest house sleeping 6 persons (own ablutions)
- A large fully equipped catering kitchen
- A large dining area with gas braai facilities
- 150-Seater Hall
- A Prayer Chapel seating 20 people
- Beautiful manicured gardens with large green lawns for games
- Beautiful views of the valleys and the CfC Farm
Our goal is to provide affordable quality accommodation to churches and other groups in order that God’s people can grow in fellowship and their walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.
It is also a “place of rest” for those serving the Lord in a full-time capacity. For those enjoying a rustic farm atmosphere it is also recommended as a holiday accommodation and a way to support God’s work while resting.
