Training in Mission (T.I.M.) is an exciting new initiative launching in January 2027 at the Silver Oaks campus. The program has been developed to equip young believers with a heart for missions through intentional discipleship, theological training, practical ministry involvement, and cross-cultural team living. Designed especially for school leavers and young adults, T.I.M. offers an opportunity to step out in faith while discovering God’s purpose and calling for their lives.
Interns will live onsite at CfC for the year and serve together in a small multicultural team environment while participating in daily ministry activities, outreach opportunities, hospitality service, and practical skills development. Alongside formal theological studies through the Mukhanyo Higher Certificate program, participants will receive mission-focused training that aims to develop spiritual maturity, servant leadership, and a deeper understanding of God’s heart for the nations. Outreach exposure in both rural and urban settings will form an important part of the training experience.
More than simply a gap-year program, T.I.M. seeks to raise a generation of mission-minded ambassadors who will carry the Gospel and the ministry of reconciliation into every sphere of life.
